HomesPlus was born from a simple belief: that the most important property decisions deserve more honesty, structure, and guidance than the market typically provides.
After more than 20 years across sales, marketing, media, and real estate, Hazem Abu-Lughod spent years working closely with the Canadian real estate market, particularly the Greater Toronto Area. There, he saw how strong real estate advisory is built: through proper preparation, clear communication, thoughtful property presentation, structured follow-up, and a client-first process from start to finish.
Returning to Amman, Hazem found a market full of opportunity, strong relationships, and quality homes — alongside a clear gap in how properties are presented, how buyers are qualified, and how clients are guided through important decisions.
That is why HomesPlus was created.
HomesPlus brings Canada-informed real estate standards to selected Amman neighborhoods while staying grounded in the relationships, trust, and local knowledge that make the Jordanian market work.
